                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES          

                                                SEPTEMBER 12, 2012

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board signed a fiscal year 2012 CPA-1 report which summarizes the

figures for the Community Preservation Act for the year.

2. The Administrative Assessor presented reports and sales ratio studies for

proposed fiscal year 2013 real estate assessments. The Board examined them in detail and recommended several changes.

3. The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Friday

September 28, 2012.
